Greyhound is an Australian long national distance coach operator. In fact, it is the leading coach company in the country and it operates in all mainland states and territories. The company was founded in 1928 by Russell Pernfold. Its first service was between Toowoomba and Brisbane but years later, in 1962, it started to operate interstate services.

Greyhound is currently owned by KordaMentha and the Chapman Group, that own the 85% and the 15% of the company respectively. Nowadays, Greyhound offers a wide range of destinations, such as Adelaide, Brisbane, Toowoomba, Darwin, Canberra, Broome, Sydney, Mount Isa, Cairns and Melbourne, besides a lot of regional destinations. The company counts with a fleet of 216 vehicles.
