Westpac is one of the four largest banks in Australia. It is a multinational financial services company whose headquarters are located in Sydney, Australia. Nowadays, the bank counts with more than 12 million customers and has the largest branch network in the country, with almost 1,200 branches and 2,900 ATMs.
Westpac was founded in 1982, when the Bank of New South Wales merged with the Commercial Bank of Australia. From this union emerged one of the most significant banks of the territory.
